Even if I do not take your particular insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits that allow you to be reimbursed for part of our session fee. I can provide superbills (invoices) you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

After you reach out using the “request an appointment” button, I’ll give you a call or send an email. From there, we will schedule a consultation call that will last about 15 minutes. This will allow me to hear more about what brings you to therapy and will give both of us a chance to see if working together makes sense. If we’re a good fit, then we’ll schedule our first appointment, and I’ll send you some paperwork to fill out.

No. Couples therapy is incredibly valuable, and I have some wonderful referrals I can send your way, but I only work with individuals.

Yes! I currently have openings for in-person sessions in Denton, Texas. I also offer telehealth appointments for those who live outside of the Denton area or who just find this option more convenient.

A 55-minute session is $150.
